Please include: your full name, mobile number, email ID, folio number or PAN (if available), a brief description of the issue, the date it occurred, and any supporting documents or screenshots.

Note:
We assist investors in drafting and filing escalations to AMCs/Registrars and on SEBI SCORES when required.

What we do, And By When

Acknowledgement: We acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days of receipt and provide a complaint reference number.
Assessment & Registration: Your complaint is recorded in our Complaints Register, categorised, and assigned to the Grievance Redressal Officer.
Coordination: Where the AMC or Registrar is involved, we coordinate with them on your behalf and keep you informed of the progress.
Resolution: We aim to resolve your complaint and provide a written response within 15 working days of receipt, on a best-effort basis.
Closure: The complaint is closed in our records after the written response has been provided.
Further Escalation: If your complaint remains unresolved for one month, you may refer the matter to SEBI SCORES.

All complaints are recorded and tracked until closure.
